Our Co-founders:
- Nicholas Naraghi is a cofounder, and Strategy Lead of Hats Protocol. He has been a DAO true believer since 2017, BTC since 2011. Previous work: co-founder of EvenGov DAO, member of Raid Guild, groundw3rk, DIA, co-founder of an AI startup backed by 500 Startups.
- Spencer Graham is a cofounder, and Protocol Lead of Hats Protocol and has been working for five years on making DAOs actually effective. Previous work: core contributor to DAOhaus, member of Raid Guild, MetaCartel, and groundw3rk, contributor to clr.fund.
Roles listed here are for Haberdasher Labs, a legal entity (company) contributing to the development of Hats Protocol and its ecosystem. In these early days of the Hats ecosystem, we steward the protocol and related infrastructure and drive adoption of the protocol.
As part of our commitment to decentralization, we are incubating the Hats protoDAO in preparation for stewardship of the protocol to eventually pass to the community at large.
